APact Co Ltd, formerly Hisem Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the provision of semiconductor testing services. The Company mainly provides testing services for Nand flash memories and dram memories. It also involves in the provision of wafer test, system semiconductor test and packaging test services. The Company provides its services in both domestic market and overseas market.
