TBM Co., Ltd. announced that it has received ¥2,060,000,000 in an equity round of funding on November 24, 2020. The transaction includes participation from Aderans Company Limited, Shima Seiki Mfg.,Ltd. (TSE:6222), Settsu Warehouse Co.,Ltd., DCM Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:3050), Dentsu Group Inc. (TSE:4324), Nihon Kolmar Co.,Ltd., YAKUODO HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. (TSE:7679), Yodobashi Camera Co.,Ltd. and Spotlight No. 1. The shares are issued through third partly allotment method.
YAKUODO HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based holding company mainly engaged in the retail of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food products, miscellaneous goods and other life related products. The Company operates through healthcare business, beauty care business, home care business and convenience care business.
