G.taste Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:2694) acquired Takemoto Foods Co.,Ltd from Kazuyoshi Takemoto and Akemi Takemoto for ¥10 million on July 31, 2018. Under the terms, G.taste Co.,Ltd acquired 100 share of Takemoto Foods Co.,Ltd. The consideration is paid on July 31, 2018. Pre-acquisition, Kazuyoshi Takemoto and Akemi Takemoto holds 90% and 10% stake respectively in Takemoto Foods Co.,Ltd. Post-acquisition, Takemoto Foods Co.,Ltd becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of G.taste Co.,Ltd. The transaction has been resolved by the Board of Directors of G. taste Co., Ltd at the meeting held on July 31, 2018. G.taste Co.,Ltd paid an advisory expense of ¥2 million.
