VITAL KSK HOLDINGS, INC. announced that at a meeting held on May 13, 2024, the Company's Board of Directors resolved to pay dividends of JPY 23.00 per share against JPY 27.00 per share paid a year ago, for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, with March 31, 2024 as the record date. Effective date is June 5, 2024.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the company expects to pay dividend of JPY 22.00 per share compared to JPY 23.00 per share a year ago.
