After multiplying its sales in the United States by 2.6 between 2019 and 2023, to reach $5.4 billion last year, Veolia has stated its ambition to increase them by 50% by 2027 and double in size by 2030.

In this country, which accounts for around 25% of the global market, the French group wants to respond to strong growth in demand 'due to reindustrialization, water scarcity and pollution problems, as well as public health issues'.

In environmental terms, Veolia's objectives in the United States by 2027 are to eliminate 600 kilotons of CO2 emissions from the atmosphere, save 120 million m3 of water and treat two million tons of hazardous waste.
