Value Golf Inc. has completed an IPO in the amount of ¥409.60 million.

Value Golf Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the operation of golf business, travel business and other businesses. The Company operates in two business segments. The Golf segment provides the ASP service that allows one person to make a golf play reservation, the lesson service that operates one of the largest on-course lessons and indoor lesson studios in Japan, and the advertisement promotion service that issues monthly golf course information magazine (free paper) in the Kanto and Kansai area, as well as support service for golf course management as golf course service. The Company also provides electronic commerce (EC) service that sells golf equipment and related products to general consumers. The Travel segment is engaged in the provision of travel business and related business. The Company also provides advertising media production business and medical business.
