The real estate development and sales business is engaged in development and sales of one room department for investment as core business, primarily in 23 wards of Tokyo; development and sales of apartment, including family apartments and compact condos. The real estate purchase and sale business is engaged in wholesale of apartment developed by other companies, as well as provision of purchase and resale business for newly constructed residual property and used property. The other business provides brokerage business of real estate buying and selling, as well as leasing and management business of apartment.
