Urbanet Corporation Co.,Ltd. provided Earnings Guidance for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2021. For the period, the company expects net sales to be of JPY 20,000 Million. Operating profit expected to be of JPY 2,050 Million. Profit attributable to owners of parent expected to be of JPY 1,100 Million. Net income per share expected to be of JPY 35.06.
Urbanet Corporation Co Ltd is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the real estate business and hotel business. The Company operates its business through two business segments. The Real Estate segment is engaged in businesses related to real estate development and sales, real estate purchase and sales, real estate brokerage, real estate rental business and others.
