UNI-ASIA GROUP LIMITED Uni-Asia Group Limited proposed special one- tier tax exempt dividend of SGD 0.05 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2022. Duly completed transfers received by the Company's Share Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, at 80 Robinson Road, #02-00 Singapore 068898 up to 5.00 p.m. on 18 May 2023 will be registered to determine shareholders' entitlement to the Proposed Dividends. Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 p.m. on 18 May 2023 will be entitled to the Proposed Dividends.
The Proposed Dividends will be paid on 31 May 2023.
