ULMA CONSTRUCCION POLSKA S.A. ULMA Construccion Polska Spolka Akcyjna reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2013. For the quarter, the company reported sales revenues of PLN 46.8 million against PLN 60.6 million reported in the same period last year. Loss on operations was PLN 3.2 million against profit on operations of PLN 7.7 million and loss before income tax was PLN 3.7 million against profit before income tax of PLN 5.4 million reported last year.
Net loss was PLN 3.1 million or PLN 0.60 per basic and diluted share against net profit of PLN 4.2 million or PLN 0.80 per basic and diluted share reported last year. Net cash flow on operations was PLN 13.1 million against PLN 41.3 million reported last year. Acquisition of tangible fixed assets was PLN 7.3 million against PLN 2.8 million and purchase of intangible assets was PLN 0.1 million against PLN 0.005 million reported last year.
Book value per share was PLN 60.92 against PLN 61.51 reported last year.
