Ubicom Holdings, Inc. (TSE:3937) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 80,000 shares, representing 0.68% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for ¥216 million. The purpose of the program is improving capital efficiency and agile capital as an incentive for Group employees and for future use as M&A funds and further return of profits to shareholders.
The program will run until February 28, 2023. As of September 30, 2022, the company had 11,809,880 shares in issue (excluding treasury stock) and 46,600 shares in treasury.

The global segment consists of global department and enterprise solutions department, based in Japan and the Philippines, provides IT solution services to the manufacturing industries, including personal computer (PC) and information technology (IT) equipment, automobiles, and industrial machinery, and medical, financial, public, distribution/retail/service industries. The medical segment develops and sells software products for medical information systems for hospitals, other medical institutions, and related facilities, and provides contract development, medical data analysis, and consultation services.
