CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The board of directors (the "Board") of Tungtex (Holdings) Company Limited (the

• Company") hereby announces that Mr. Liu Hoi Keung ("Mr. Liu") has tendered his resignation as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 13 March 2020. Mr. Liu has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter in relation to his resignation which needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Li Yuk Kwan ("Ms. Li") has been appointed to replace Mr. Liu as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 13 March 2020. Ms. Li is a manager at VBG Capital Limited. She has over 7 years of experience in audit, accounting and finance industry. Ms. Li is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Liu for his contributions to the Company during his tenure of office and to welcome Ms. Li on her new appointment.
