Tsudakoma (Changshu) Co., Ltd. announced that it will raise CNY 16 million in an equity round of funding from existing investor Tsudakoma Corp. on December 28, 2012. The investor will increase its stake from 66.7% to 76.9%.
The capital of the company will increase to CNY 52 million. The transaction was approved at the board of directors' meeting of the investor. The transaction is expected to close by the end of February 2013.
