Maeda Metal Industries, Ltd. (OSE:5967) agreed to acquire 20,000 meter square lot in Dong Nai Province, Socialist Republic of Vietnam from Tin Nghia Company Limited for approximately ¥120 million on April 5, 2013. The deal will be funded by own capital. The deal was resolved by Board of Directors meeting of Maeda Metal Industries, Ltd. on April 5, 2013.
