On March 5, 2024, the Board of Directors of Tile Shop Holdings, Inc. appointed Mark B. Davis, age 43, current Vice President, Investor Relations, and Chief Accounting Officer (Principal Accounting Officer) of the Company as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective as of April 1, 2024. On March 1, 2024, Karla Lunan, current Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, notified the Company that she is leaving the Company to pursue another opportunity, effective as of April 1, 2024. As of such date, Mr. Davis will serve as Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the Company.
