Tibet Gaozheng Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Tibet Gaotian Enterprise Incubation, Linzhi Tianzhi Enterprise Management and Meishan Tianchen Real Estate from Tibet Tianlu Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600326) for CNY 16.7 million on May 27, 2019. Tibet Gaozheng Building Materials Group Co., Ltd. will acquire 60% of Tibet Gaotian Enterprise Incubation Co., Ltd. for CNY 3 million, 60% of Linzhi Tianzhi Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. for CNY 3 million and 50% of Meishan Tianchen Real Estate Co., Ltd. for CNY 10.7 million. For the year ended December 31, 2018, Tibet Gaotian Enterprise Incubation, Linzhi Tianzhi Enterprise Management and Meishan Tianchen Real Estate has net assets and total assets of CNY 31.5 million and net loss of CNY 0.016 million. On May 27, 2019, Tibet Tianlu Co., Ltd. held the 37th meeting of the fifth directorate and approved the transaction.
