As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to 4,341,876 shares, representing 13.46% of its issued share capital. The shares will be repurchased within a price range of €0.5 per share and €10 per share. The program will expire after 24 months or until May 21, 2023. As of May 21, 2021, the company had 32,263,573 shares outstanding.
