March 27 (Reuters) - Fertilizer manufacturer Mosaic said on Wednesday that the production impact of a brushfire at its Riverview phosphate fertilizer production facility may last four to six weeks.

The Riverview facility in Hillsborough County, Florida, was at the center of two separate brushfires earlier this week.

The facility, which has a run rate of roughly 30,000 tonnes per week, sustained limited damage to ancillary operations and was configured to produce products primarily for export to Brazil at the time of the fire, the firm said.

Mosaic previously said the incident had occurred during routine maintenance and it was assessing any impacts to the site's operating schedule while investigating the cause. (Reporting by Kabir Dweit in Bengaluru; Editing by Devika Syamnath)
