Leadcorp Inc. (KOSE:A012700) signed an agreement to acquire NR Capital Co. Ltd. for KRW 7 billion in cash on November 2, 2011. Leadcorp will acquire 0.4 million shares of NR Capital Co. Ltd. Leadcorp paid KRW 700 million on November 2, 2011 and the remaining KRW 6.3 billion will be paid on December 15, 2011. NR Capital Co. Ltd reported sales of KRW 11.7 billion, total assets of KRW 30.72 billion, total liabilities of KRW 26.29 billion, total stockholders' equity of KRW 4.43 billion and net profit of KRW 1.24 billion for the year ending December 2010. The transaction is expected to be completed on December 15, 2011.
