The Board of Directors of The Keepers Holdings, Inc. has declared a cash dividend in its regular meeting held December 11, 2023. The details are as follows: Regular Cash Dividend: PHP 0.077; Record Date: December 27, 2023; Payment Date: January 18, 2024. As instructed by the PSE and inasmuch as December 26, 2023 was recently declared a special non-working holiday by the President, the Company has revised the record date to December 28, 2023.
