(Alliance News) - Telecom Italia Spa announced Tuesday that the shareholders' meeting appointed a new nine-member board of directors that will serve for the three-year period 2024-2026, or until the approval of the financial statements as of Dec. 31, 2026.

From the majority list, Alberta Figari, listed as chairman, Pietro Labriola, listed as CEO, Giovanni Gorno Tempini, Paola Camagni, Federico Ferro Luzzi, and Domitilla Benigni were appointed.

Umberto Paolucci and Stefano Siragusa were nominated from the list filed by Merlyn Partners, while Paola Giannotti De Ponti was chosen from the list filed by Bluebell Capital Partners Limited.

The board of statutory auditors, on the other hand, is formed by regular auditors Francesco Fallacara, chairman, Anna Doro, Massimo Gambini, Francesco Schiavone Panni and Mara Vanzetta by alternate auditors Massimiliano Di Maria, Laura Fiordelisi, Paolo Prandi and Carlotta Veneziani.

TIM's stock is in the green by 3.8 percent at EUR0.23 per share.
