Tegma Gestão Logística S.A. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2023. For the first quarter, the company reported net income was BRL 34.5 million compared to BRL 18.71 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was BRL 0.52 compared to BRL 0.28 a year ago.

As of December 31, 2011, the Companyâs subsidiaries were Tegmax Comercio e Servicos Automotivos Ltda, TGI Comercio Atacadista de Pecas Automotivas Ltda, Tegma Cargas Especiais Ltda, Tegma Logistica Integrada SA, PDI Comercio e Industria e Servicos Ltda, Direct Logistica Integrada SA and Niyati Empreendimentos e Participacoes Ltda. On February 1, 2012, the Company completed the aquisition of LTD Transportes Ltda.
