Berenberg announced on Friday that it had raised its target price for Technip Energies from €26 to €26.5, while renewing its buy recommendation on the stock.

Although it expects first-quarter results to be down slightly due to the normalization of the contribution from certain historical projects and a recent lack of large orders, the research firm believes that the group's medium-term prospects remain solid and that the stock remains attractive.

We believe that Technip Energies remains well positioned to win future LNG contracts, driven by ongoing investments in the sector, but also with a view to diversifying its activities as a result of the energy transition", it stresses.
