TCI Express Limited Declares Second Interim Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2023-2024

TCI Express Limited announced that the Board of Directors considered and declared second Interim dividend for the fiscal year 2023-2024 at the rate of 150% (INR 3/-) per Equity Share of Face value of INR 2/- each to the Shareholders. The Dividend shall be paid within the statutory time limit to the equity shareholders of the Company, whose names would appear on the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record date fixed February 20, 2024.
