TCI Express Limited announced that at the board meeting held on January 31, 2023 the board declared second Interim dividend for the Fiscal year 2022-2023 at the rate of 150% (INR 3.00) per Equity Share of face value of INR 2/- each to the Shareholders, whose names will appear on the Register of Members on the RECORD DATE February 08, 2023, which has been decided in due consultation with the Stock Exchanges.
