National Service Projects Organization acquired a 20% stake in TAQA Arabia S.A.E. (CASE : TAQA) for EGP 1.6 billion.

TAQA Arabia Company S.A.E. is the leading private energy group in Egypt. Net sales break down by activity as follows: - distribution of petroleum products (54.6%): operation, at the end of 2023, of 65 service stations (under the TAQA banner) in Egypt; - natural gas transmission and distribution (27.3%): 7.38 billion m3 sold in 2022; - electricity production (17.1%): conventional and renewable electricity; - water treatment and desalination services (0.1%); - other (0.9%).
