Taesan Co. Ltd. and Taewoong S & T Co., Ltd. acquired 14.82% stake in Taewoong Co.,Ltd (KOSDAQ:A044490) on August 22, 2019. Taesan Co. Ltd. acquired 8.67% stake and Taewoong S & T Co., Ltd. acquired 6.15% stake in Taewoong Co.,Ltd. Prior to the transaction, Taewoong S & T Co., Ltd. held 5.62% stake and post completion of the transaction holds 11.77% stake in Taewoong Co.,Ltd. The proceeds will be used to secure funds for Taewoong Holdings' holding company establishment requirements and new business launches.
