Human resources services group Synergie has reported 18.2% growth in net income (group share) for 2022 to 83.8 million euros, and an 11.1% increase in operating income before non-recurring items to 138.1 million.

Sales for the year set a new record at almost 2.92 billion euros, up 8.1% (+7.7% on a like-for-like basis), with last-quarter sales also at an all-time high.

At the AGM on June 22, a dividend of 0.80 euros per share will be proposed, representing a total payout of 19.5 million euros. For 2023, Synergie confirms that it is targeting sales of 3.2 billion euros and improved profitability.
