SLP announced in November that it had signed an agreement regarding a new construction project of 11,000 square meters in Katrineholm, as well as signed a 15-year lease with an international logistics operator, Seafrigo, for the entire area. The transaction was conditional on the building permit being obtained and the land acquisition from the municipality being approved, which is now complete. The annual rent amounts to approximately SEK 16 million and is fully indexed.

The building will be built on a property of a total of 52,000 square meters, which means further expansion possibilities. The construction has begun and the building will be equipped with solar cells and be environmentally certified. Move-in will take place preliminary in December 2024.
