Suli Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603585) and Wuxi Suli Zhuoheng Trading Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire the remaining 24% stake in Jiangyin Suli Chemical Co., Ltd. from Oxon Asia srl for 150.99 million on March 27, 2023. After the above-mentioned share acquisition is completed, the Suli Co., Ltd.and Suli Zhuoheng will hold 99% and 1% of the shares of Jiangyin Suli Chemical Co., Ltd. Jiangyin Suli Chemical Co., Ltd. reported on October 31, 2022, total assets of CNY 847.72 million, Net assets are CNY 606.078 million. This transaction still needs to be approved by the general meeting of shareholders, board of directors has approved the transaction. As of April 13, 2023, Suli Co., Ltd. shareholders approved the transaction.

Suli Co., Ltd. is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of pesticides, flame retardants and other fine chemical products. Its pesticides include chlorothalonil, azoxystrobin, pesticide agent and other pesticide products. Its flame retardants products include decabromodiphenylethane, flame retardant masterbatch and other flame retardant products. Its other fine chemical products include hydrobromic acid and other products. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
