Stockwik Forvaltning AB is a Sweden-based investor, which manages a portfolio on a long term basis. The Company’s portfolio comprises BergFast AB, which is engaged in external property management and gardening; Aktiv Fastighets Forvaltning i Nacka AB (AFF), which deals with technical property management, land management, source sorting and refurbishments; Kallhalls Rot & VVS-system AB (KRVVS), active within area of plumbing; as well as Vaxholms Varmeservice AB, an electrical and plumbing installation company.
