STAR7 announces the stipulation of the merger of Vertere

(Alliance News) - STAR7 Spa announced Monday that it has stipulated the deed of merger of Vertere Srl, an Italian company active in translation and localization services, into STAR7.

The merger will take legal effect as of Dec. 31.

Lorenzo Mondo, president and CEO of STAR7 commented, "In the year and a half or so since the acquisition, we have verified how important it is to be able to have, within our Group, the ability to integrate Language Information Technology tools in the optimization of workflow management processes. With Vertere, we have acquired skills and tools that have enabled us to increase the productivity, and therefore the profitability, of numerous projects dedicated to small and medium-sized companies."

STAR7 is up 3.5 percent at EUR7.50 per share.
