STAR7, Barbara Donadio is the new chief financial officer

(Alliance News) - STAR7 Spa announced Tuesday that its board of directors has appointed Barbara Donadio to the role of chief financial officer, effective Jan. 11, 2023.

As of that date and as approved by today's board of directors, Donadio will also serve as STAR7's head of Investor Relations.

Paolo Castagno, current CFO and Investor Relations Manager, will be in charge of the new M&A and Special Projects function of STAR7 Group, reporting directly to CEO Lorenzo Mondo, as of January 11, 2023. Paolo Castagno will also continue to serve as sole director of STAR7 Albania.

STAR7 on Tuesday closed 0.5 percent in the red at EUR8.70 per share.
