Hokkosha, K.K. recorded net worth of ¥217 million, total assets of ¥3.7 billion, sales of ¥1.8 billion, operating income of ¥33 million, ordinary income of ¥22 million and net income of ¥15 million for the year ended September 30, 2022. The parties will conclude the contract on March 27, 2023 and expected to close the transaction in late May, 2023.
