(Alliance News) - Spindox Spa reported that it closed 2023 with a net loss of EUR54,000, which compares with net income of EUR688,000 in 2022.

This change follows, in particular, from the sharp increase in net financial expenses, which amounted to about EUR1.4 million compared to about EUR700,000 at the end of 2022.

The value of production amounted to approximately EUR99.8 million, up 21 percent from 2022. The positive change is attributable, in particular, to the performance achieved within the Manufacturing & Retail, Automotive and Diversified Industries product segments.

Ebitda as of Dec. 31, 2023, was EUR7.2 million, up 15 percent from Dec. 31, 2022, when it was EUR6.3 million, with an incidence on value of production of 7.2 percent from 7.7 percent in 2022. The decrease in the incidence of margins generated compared to volumes is mainly attributable to the significant pre-sale investments made by the group companies during 2023.

Net financial debt as of Dec. 31, 2023 was about EUR2.9 million, down about EUR1.0 million from Dec. 31, 2022.
