SPAR Group, Inc. (NasdaqCM:SGRP) acquired remaining 49% stake in Resource Plus of North Florida, Inc. for $3 million on May 1, 2024. Based on the terms set in the original joint venture agreement, SPAR Group will pay a total of $3 million in annual payments over a five-year period.
