SK Networks Company Limited agreed to acquire 88.47% stake in En-Core Co.,Ltd for KRW 88.4 billion

SK Networks Co Ltd is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the sale of chemical, steel and coal products. The Company operates its business through six segments. The Global segment sells petrochemical, steel, coal products, among others. The Information and Communication segment distributes mobile phones and information and communications technology (ICT) devices. The Car Rental segment provides long-term and short-term car rental services. The Speedmate segment provides services such as car maintenance and parts replacement. The SK magic is engaged in business such as environmental home appliance rental and kitchen home appliance sales. The Walker Hill segment is engaged in the hotel business and others.
