Shuifa Gas Group Co., Ltd entered into an agreement to acquire Qingdao Energas Energy Co., Ltd. from Shuifa Energas Gas Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603318) for CNY 30.2 million on June 29, 2021. The board of directors of Shuifa Energas Gas Co., Ltd. approved the agreement.
Shuifa Energas Gas Co Ltd, formerly Dalian Energas Gas-System Co Ltd, is a China-based company engaged in the design, manufacture, sales and services of gas distribution and gas application related products. The Company principally provides the pressure regulating systems for gas distribution, and the preprocessing systems for gas power generation. Its products are divided into three categories: fuel gas distribution system; fuel gas application, including auxiliary equipment for gas turbines, pipes for gas turbines and seal pipes of steam turbines; as well as spare parts.
