Shizuki Electric Company Inc. declared quarterly dividend for the second quarter of fiscal 2019. The company declared a dividend of ¥5.00 against ¥5.00 for the same period a year ago, payable on November 30, 2018.
The company reported consolidated earnings results for six months ended September 2018. For the period, the company's net sales were JPY 10,328 million compared to JPY 9,612 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 487 million compared to JPY 364 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 433 million compared to JPY 838 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was JPY 13.14 compared to JPY 25.42 a year ago.
For the year ending March 31, 2019, the company expects net sales to be JPY 21,000 million, operating profit to be JPY 1,240 million and profit attributable to owners of parent to be JPY 650 million or basic earnings per share to be JPY 19.70.
