Qi Xuexia signed a share transfer agreement to acquire a 5% stake in Shenzhen Riland Industry Group Co., Ltd (SZSE:300154) from Qiu Guang for CNY 94.25 million on October 11, 2022. Transfer price will be paid within 180 working days after obtaining the confirmation document of the transfer of the subject shares from Shenzhen Stock Exchange and completing the transfer. The total number of shares to be acquired is 22,764,800.
Qi Xuexia completed the acquisition of 5% stake in Shenzhen Riland Industry Group Co., Ltd (SZSE:300154) from Qiu Guang on December 21, 2022. Post completion, Qiu Guang holds 33.8% stake in Shenzhen Riland Industry Group.
Shenzhen Riland Industry Group Co Ltd, formerly Shenzhen Riland Industry Co Ltd, is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of inverter welding equipment, welding automation products and welding accessories, as well as the provision of related services. Its inverter welding equipment includes inverter direct current manual arc welding machines, inverter argon arc welding machines, inverter semi-automatic gas shielded welding machines and inverter plasma cutting machines.
