Shang Properties, Inc. reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 639.9 million compared to PHP 615.76 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 2,594.73 million compared to PHP 2,311.38 million a year ago.
Net income was PHP 1,134.01 million compared to PHP 1,141.83 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.238 compared to PHP 0.24 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.238 compared to PHP 0.24 a year ago.
Shang Properties, Inc. is a Philippines-based investment holding company engaged in property investment and development, real estate management, office and retail leasing, mall, carpark and hotel operations.
