SERAKU Co., Ltd. announced consolidated and non-consolidated earnings results for the fiscal year ended August 31, 2020. For the period, on consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 13,771 million against JPY 11,410 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 1,134 million against JPY 727 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 654 million against JPY 440 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 47.50 against JPY 32.03 a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 47.47 against JPY 32.03 a year ago.
For the period, on non-consolidated basis, the company reported net sales of JPY 13,335 million against JPY 11,157 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 1,181 million against JPY 791 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 706 million against JPY 505 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 51.30 against JPY 36.74 a year ago. Diluted net income per share was JPY 51.26 against JPY 36.70 a year ago.
