SAAM Development Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company. The principal activities of the Company are producing and distributing electricity from solar energy, developing renewable energy power plant projects for sale including procuring project land and providing related services and investing in renewable energy power plants and non-energy businesses. It operates through two segments: Development service, which is engaged in the development of renewable energy projects for customers, and Distribution of electricity, which is engaged in the development and management of its own solar energy project. It has approximately 17 projects, which include Angthong Project, Petchaburi Project, Lopburi 1 Project, Lopburi 4 Project, Lopburi 5 Project, Lopburi 6 Project, Ubon Project, BSP-4 Project, SPV-2 Project, SPV-1 (1) Project, AOSP (3) Project, and SAAM Oita 01 Biomass Power. Its subsidiaries include SAAM One Co., Ltd., SAAM Solutions Co., Ltd., and SAAM Solar Power One Co., Ltd.
