Rotork plc Announces Board Committee Changes

Rotork plc announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11(3) that it has reviewed the composition of its Nomination Committee, Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Safety & Sustainability Committee. Vanessa Simms will join the Board on 21 June 2024, prior to the next scheduled meeting of the Audit Committee and Safety & Sustainability Committee.
