Rizhao Port Co.,Ltd signed a letter of intent to acquire a 49% stake in Longkou COSCO Shipping Agency Co., Ltd. and a 51% stake in Longkou Haina Warehousing Co., Ltd. from Longkou Port Group Co., Ltd.
