RIZAP GROUP, Inc. (SPSE:2928) agreed to acquire 90% stake in SYS, Inc. from Ikuo Shimizu for ¥1 on February 21, 2017. The contract for the transaction was signed on March 2, 2017. RIZAP GROUP, Inc will acquire 180 shares as part of the transaction. SYS, Inc. had total assets of ¥2.9 billion, net assets of ¥633.29 million, revenue of ¥4.24 billion, operating profit of ¥163.56 million and net profit of ¥116.6 million as on December 31, 2016.
