Junichi Koyano, President of the Company, expressed his desire to resign as President as of March 31, 2023 due to personal reasons, and his resignation has been accepted. Accordingly, at the Board of Directors meeting held February 10, 2022, it was resolved that Tetsuya Matsumoto, currently Executive Managing Director, would assume the post of President as of April 1, 2023.
