Retal Urban Development Company announced board of directors' resolution regarding the distribution of cash dividends of SAR 0.16 per share to the shareholders for the second half of 2023. The Total amount distributed is SAR 80,000,000. The eligibility date shall be at the end of trading day 05 May 2024 for the shareholders registered in depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility.
