It has over 104 outlets consisting of 104 Ramayana Department Stores and 73 Robinson Supermarkets. All the stores operated by the Company are located in Jakarta, Java (West Java, East Java and Central Java), Sumatera, Bali, Kalimantan, Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi and Papua.
