PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk has completed an IPO in the amount of IDR 2.25045 trillion.

PT Nusantara Sejahtera Raya Tbk (Cinema XXI) is an Indonesia-based company, which is engaged in providing movie viewing entertainment services to its customers. The Company's business activities are movie screening activities; restaurant; other management consulting activities, and venue rental, MICE activities, and special events. It operates in five segments: Cinema, Food and Beverages (F&B), Advertisement, Digital Platform, and Event and Other Revenue. Cinema XXI operates approximately 1,280 screens in 240 cinema locations spread across 60 cities. It designs and builds cinemas and has a range of cinema formats, including Regular, Deluxe, The Premiere, and IMAX. The F&B segment is focused on selling F&B through different types of outlets, such as XXI Cafe, The Premiere Cafe, XXI Lounge, Hello Sunday restaurants, and XXI Cafe Box. The F&B products are also available for purchase on its digital platforms, such as m.food and TIX ID, as well as on Shopeefood, Grabfood, and GoFood.
